Shipping

We ship within the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Orders are usually shipped within 5 to 7 business days. Orders over $30 dollars get free shipping. Orders under 30 dollars will have a shipping fee of $9.95.

Returns

We guarantee satisfaction with our product. However, if you feel that we didn’t meet your standards, you keep the candle and we will send you a 50% refund. If the candle has not being used we will accept a return with a full refund. Refund is only processed once we have the candle in our possession and it is not damaged or used. You are responsible for postage on returns.

Exchanges

Due to the wax been used even once we are not able to accept exchanges. If the product has not been used or broken we will accept an exchange. Exchange is processed after we have the candle in our possession. You are responsible for the postage for sending the candle back. Once, the candle is processed we will send the exchanged candle and send you a tracking number so you can follow your candles journey.
